To drive a golf cart in Jupiter Narrows you must be 16 years of age or older, have a valid and current driver’s license, and the golf cart must be registered with Jupiter Narrows POA, Inc.

 

To register the golf cart, an application must be completed, a copy of the driver’s license must be provided, and a copy of proof of insurance for liability coverage must be presented. Once the golf cart is registered with Jupiter Narrows POA., Inc., the Association will provide a sticker for the golf cart identifying the lot number for proper identification.

Golf carts must adhere to the same driving and parking regulations as automobiles in the State of Florida.  PLEASE SEE THE DOWNLOADABLE GRAPHIC FOR DESCRIPTION.

Driving or parking on sidewalks and or grassy areas is prohibited.
Golf carts may only be driven between dawn and dusk unless equipped with operational headlights and brake lights.
All passengers on golf carts must be properly seated while cart is in motion and you must adhere to the golf cart manufacturer’s recommendation on safety and operation of the golf cart including but not limited to the number of passengers in the golf cart.
