Jupiter Narrows Property Owners Association

Our Purpose

The Jupiter Narrows Property Owners Association Inc. is a Homeowners Association, which creates the guidelines that homeowners and guests follow in order to maintain the quality of the community in which we live.  Our intent is to preserve and enhance property values, amenities, and opportunities within the property to contribute to the personal and general health, safety, and welfare of the property owners and residents.

The property owners association maintains and operates the common areas, roadways, and drainage infrastructure, and provides forums / platforms for community communications.

Meeting Information

 
Jupiter Narrows Board of Directors meetings are routinely scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month.
 
Monthly Meetings are held at Signature Property Management, 3171 SE Dominica Terrace, Stuart, FL 34997, and may be additionally broadcast via Zoom.  The Zoom meeting information is sent out in a community email blast and also posted at the entrance 48 hours prior to the meeting.  
 
The Annual property owners meeting will be announced by mailing with proxies and ballots.
