Jupiter Narrows Property Owners Association

Our Purpose

The Jupiter Narrows Property Owners Association Inc. is a Homeowners Association, which creates the guidelines that homeowners and guests follow in order to maintain the quality of the community in which we live.  Our intent is to preserve and enhance property values, amenities, and opportunities within the property to contribute to the personal and general health, safety, and welfare of the property owners and residents.

The property owners association maintains and operates the common areas, roadways, and drainage infrastructure, and provides forums / platforms for community communications.

Meeting Information

 
Jupiter Property Owners Board of Directors meetings are routinely scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month, but please continue to check this website for updates each month.
 
Meetings are currently being held via Zoom conference calls due to COVID.  The Zoom meeting information is sent out in a community email blast and also posted at the entrance 48 hours prior to the meeting.  Once in-person meetings resume, they will be held at the First United Methodist Church, 10100 SE Federal Highway, Hobe Sound, FL.
 
The annual property owners meeting will be announced by mailing with proxies and ballots.
